When will I get access to the course & how long will I have access?

You'll receive an email on or before May 25, 2020 with the downloadable meal plan attached!

How do I log in?

 After your purchase, you will receive an email to become a 'member' on my Podia site, where all the course content lives. You can work in the course as frequently as you like through your log in.

What if I'm not 100% satisfied with the course or meal plan?

Due to the nature of digital courses & documents, all sales are final. However, if you have an extenuating circumstance or need, Anna is willing to have a conversation with you to reach a mutually acceptable solution.

How long will it take for my hormones to get balanced?

Your body is unique & it comes with your entire life's history of health, environment, genetics, epigenetics, nutrition, & current hormonally-caused conditions. This will take time. Your commitment & consistency in implementing the techniques you choose will be a large determining factor in your timing. A common baseline is to give it at least 3 months, usually more, for your body to start regaining balance.We can make no claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease, so while our goal is balanced hormones, your body may not ever become fully balanced. However, the things you do to support it can move it towards improved overall mental & physical health!

Is Anna a doctor?

No, Anna is not a doctor. She is a teacher & will guide you to through your own discovery of how your body works & how to support your hormones using holistic health practices through her exclusive course, content & resources. She recommends you consult your doctor before beginning any new diet or exercise regimen.
